REFUND POLICY:

All items sold have been checked for quality, and are sold as received from manufacturers. However note there may be minor blemishes on some items since each item is individually produced. If there are any major defects, the product will not be sold (so rest easy!)

- We do not offer refunds for received orders as they have been checked for quality. (If there are any major issues though, feel free to contact me)

- Refunds are not given for returned orders (Due to customers providing the wrong address or not collecting their parcel)

- Lost mail: if you think your order has been lost in mail, please ensure that you have waited the provided time-frame plus an additional week. Afterwards then contact me.

To keep an eye on your order, you may purchase a tracking number to check where your order is.

Sometimes orders are delayed if the postal service is busy (E.g. During New Years or National Celebrations).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed and if the order has not been shipped yet.

RETURNS POLICY:

- I do not accept returns or exchanges
